If the conflict cannot be resolved out of court, we will represent you at litigation in civil and commercial law proceedings. We take on mandates before state courts and in arbitration proceedings — always with the aim of consistently and efficiently asserting your interests.
This is what we offer in litigation
- Representation in civil proceedings as a representative of plaintiffs, defendants or ancillary interveners, such as lawsuits for contract retention, compensation, contestation of shareholder resolutions
- Representation in proceedings involving preliminary injunctions, such as under competition law, deferral of contested shareholder resolutions or in the event of improper retrieval of a bank guarantee
- Representation in proceedings before the commercial register and in probate proceedings
- Representing litigants in arbitration proceedings before institutional arbitral tribunals, such as VIAC, Swiss Chamber or ICC, or in ad hoc arbitration tribunals
- Work as an arbitrator in arbitration proceedings
