[Decision] On the requirement to specify the subject matter of a resolution with sufficient precision in the agenda

• A blanket reference in the notice of meeting to the further content of the announcement is insufficient.  

• Necessity of disclosing the content of a liability settlement with a board member who is also a shareholder

• Contestability of a general meeting resolution due to an inadequate agenda.
